How it works
We read the public records
New sales-tax permits from the Texas Comptroller and pending liquor license applications from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, pulled every day.
We filter for your service
Each business is matched to vendor categories by its industry code. Online sellers, PO boxes, home-based sole proprietors and established businesses re-permitting are removed.
You get one list a week
Business name, premises address, industry, permit date, expected opening date and a pre-opening flag when a liquor application is pending.
Why timing matters
The Comptroller notes that new permit holders hear from vendors right away and that the calls taper off within a week or two. Restaurants with a pending liquor application show up weeks before they open, before most vendors know about them.
We ship business information only: no personal phone numbers, personal emails or home addresses, and no sole-proprietor records.
